WORKSHOP B: Advanced Maintenance planning and scheduling Best practices for EXPERIENCED Maintenance professionals (two-day course)

This two-day advanced level workshop will provide participants with:

  • Information on Asset Register fundamentals
  • Criticality assessments and their uses, setting priorities & combining criticality with priority
  • Visualisation tools to build effective models for schedules
  • State-of-the-art techniques for effective resource management – spares, labour, tools etc.
  • Tools to analyse & monitor schedule periodically & to resist or admit changes when required
  • Skills to analyse Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)
